Tuneboy is cool but more people are used to a PCIII. With a tuneboy you can clear and read codes and adjust the speedo. I went with a PCIII because my only concern was to fine tune the engine and make power. My dyno guys know the PCIII but not that into the tuneboy. So i kept it simple. Other than that both work well and you should be good either way.
