Here is a great opportunity for you to get a check-up for FREE. NBC 6 has partnered with several companies to bring free health screenings to the community. They will be checking everything from your blood pressure and cholesterol to your urine and your blood. It is a full check up. They even have bone density evaluations for the ladies. They will also have fitness programs and Zumba dancers. They will be handing out free samples of healthy food and drinks. It is open to everyone.
