I don't even know what to say to this except that she should be kicked out of a moving vehicle right in the middle of Daytona's Bike Week with a sign on her back that says "I'm the stupid fucking bitch who killed a Biker because my nail polish was more important than her life"!!!!!

WTF..The part that kills me is they only cited her with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. How about the fact that she killed someone..How about vehicular manslaughter?

I don't do it while the vehicle is in motion!!!!!!! I sit in quite a bit of traffic every day at a dead stop and my fingers are super dooper fast..... like marsupials!

Some people can't even pay attention to the road and drive while doing nothing else, much less using the cell phone, putting on makeup, shaving, or whatever else. The bitch should be put away for a long time. Accidents happen, but this was not an accident, this was pure stupidity and she should have to pay.
