Pressure washer isn't the best thing for a chain not because of surface rust, but because it forces water by the O/X rings and makes the pins rust faster... thus risking a "premature e-fail-ulation"

so i just waxed my chain for the first time and dam what a difference...not only did it feel faster but but the gear change felt smoother everything feels back to normal...i was suprised it made such a diff...thanks jaybird
and speedy and rusty for the info..

Yup a clean chain is a happy chain and you can feel the difference right away.
