Default How often do you change your oil?

What intervals do you change your oil at on your machine guys? I change it roughly around 3k miles even though the manual says every 8k.

I'm like Speedy between 3-5k. I use mobil 1 15w50 but wally world is not carrying it anymore, at least the few stores I have gone to don't have it on the shelf.
I might have to go to rotella synthetic 5w40 next time.
For the filter I use the purolator pure one best filter out there.

I try to do around every 3k and use semi synthetic. Everyone tells me that on my bike fully synthetic causes clutch slipping. I have a Honda CBR 954RR 2003

brakes are easy, pull the top of the master cyliner off. Use a syringe, suck out the old fluid, fill it with new fluid, make sure not to make any bubbles and you're good.

it's an easy way if you don't know how to bleed them. Not perfect but better than nothing.
