Default Why did I buy my Ninja...The new Er-6n is nice!
So I took Kaellan to Palmetto Motorsports the other day to just poke around since I AM NOT WORKING (but getting paid)...go figure!

They finally found the right shade. No one wants that blue color on a naked "street fighter" styled bike that the ER-6n is supposed to be. All flashy and such. I personally liked the styling of the bike but the color told me to buy the Ninja because I could have it in black. Well, what do I see when I walk in?! I matte black ER-6n on the showroom floor! Dammit all to hell! It looks hot. It totally brings out the styling in the bike and the red spring on the rear shock is a nice touch too.

I'm just sad that I have impulive buying habits even though I love my ZX-6R, I think that this would have been a more unique bike ESPECIALLY with the new finish on the scoot. And yes, I know I could have painted it myself but WHY?! For the price, I think it's pretty slick.

your zx6 will smoke that er6n.. it does look cool, but it is basically the same as a ninja 650.. I think 65 hp ,2 cylinders and buzzy, lesser brakes and suspension than the zx6.. would be cool at Deals Gap though...

I know I know...But it looks super hot now in it's new skin. I dig it. For a "second bike" it would have been perfectly priced and all.

Second bike as in my Harley is my MAIN BIKE! LOL! The Ninja was my impulsive I need another bike because I was impatient and couldn't wait for my wheels, front end, or other parts to come in for my H-D and wanted to ride bike!

I could have saved some green and had something to goof off on!

your R6 still a good purchase for the streets/track/main bike.
