Default Motorcycle Endorsement

Okay well, as a lot of you already know, Ive been riding for quite sometime, but still dont have my motorcycle endorsement. My mom encouraged me to take the course so I am..
I know there are some people out there and wifes, girlfriends, etc that want to take the course, so if anyone would like to take it with me, heres the link to sign up. A few people i know have used this riding school, and really enjoyed it.

It is a three day course-
THURSDAY from 6:00pm to 9:00pm
SATURDAY from 7:00am to 4:00pm
SUNDAY from 7:00am to 2:00pm

The cost is $250 and that includes the motorcycle, helmet, and classroom materials.

I will be taking it on Thursday May 14, Sat 16, and Sun 17th of May.

It's not bad at all. You'll have fun and it will actually benefit you.

Get ready to get very bored. The class might teach you a few tips that u most likely know already but other than that its going to be a long hot day outside on crappy bikes. Make sure you take a lot of sodas or bottled water along because you will get thirsty on the range.

oh trust me ive already informed her of this lol. thats why i told her to invite other people she knows. cause when i took it i had already been riding for 6 years. i was bored so quick cause the people i took it with didnt know anything. and one guy never even threw his leg over any type of bike before lol

but all in all it is a great course to teach you what you NEED to know and correct the things you thought you knew before.

youll do good babe.

You may also consider taking your own helmet. Using a helmet thats been worn by hundreds of other people (in hot/humid weather), gives me the googly-mooglies! I'm a germophobe and Johnson & Johnson doesn't make enough Lysol!

actually i dont think they supply the helmet? i know i brougt my own when i ttok the course. but i might get her one of those half shells cause i know when i took it i almost died in my lid during the course, cause they dont allow you to take it off until your breaks when your not on the bike. and doing that for hours on end in the sun not moving until its your turn sucks balls.

I took it, and I used their helmet.. and I looked like one of the ship dudes from spaceballs the movie!!!!

Great class once you get outside, though.. just gotta be patient, because like stated before, they have to start out with even the most basic of basics.. but it's all good.. gotta have over the ankle boots, and gloves.. and I believe long sleeves, but double check that before you go, or they'll cover that during first night thing...

do you have the permit?? I'm not sure but I think that's required, isn't it? Or maybe not? I don't know, I'm rambling, now

long sleeve shirt, over the ankle sneakers or boots, long pants are required.

and there is no longer learners permits in the state of florida as of July 1st 2008. The riders course is mandatory reguardless of your age. If your 75yrs old you cant just walk in and take the license test or permit. gotta take the course.

The helmets they have over there are the bucket type ones which is really what you want to use when taking the course. You can see the cones alot better. Also if you get to choose your bike try and get something that can turn on the dial. I took my test on an old school ninja 250

I would take my own helmet thats for sure. Also if you were really new to cyclez
I would say use a full face in case you bust your ass. Saw a lady in our class bust her ass when she tried to stop. Nasty since she had that crappy spaceball's helmet they give you.

when I took mine, they took a picture of me when I was coming straight towards the instructor... and he emailed it to me.. FUNNIEST SHIT I'VE EVER SEEN... picture this.. at the time.. 360 lb dude, on a nighthawk 250, with a spaceballs helmet on.. I looked like I had tires coming outta my arse, and handlebars coming outta my stomach!! Funny, I tell ya, lol

oh, and i made a 100% on both written and practical.. only one in my class of 30 to do it
