"The men's need for speed could land them in jail for up to five years."

ouch.

The motorcyclist's flashy bikes are now officially property of the state of Florida.

ouch.


I wonder if they base the 5 year maximum on the speed/trouble that they went through to catch them, or on their personal record with the law.
