the article is talking about an anterior artery infarct so what that means is the front(anterior) cerebral artery(head) infarcted or was damaged therefore causing this patient to have ischemia which is due to lack of blood supply and o2 this apparently doesnt normally happen and was causing this dude to have movement in his hands so that prob means he had some nerve damage based on the evidence stated in the article
