Free Health Screenings Sat & Sun
Hey guys,
Here is a great opportunity for you to get a check-up for FREE. NBC 6 has partnered with several companies to bring free health screenings to the community. They will be checking everything from your blood pressure and cholesterol to your urine and your blood. It is a full check up. They even have bone density evaluations for the ladies. They will also have fitness programs and Zumba dancers. They will be handing out free samples of healthy food and drinks. It is open to everyone. I went to this last year and let me tell you..... get there early and be prepared to stand in a long line for a long time behind all the members of the jeriatric jamboree to get yours done.
I'll just go pay a doctor for mine and let all the little old people who can't afford medical care because our wonderful government can't get the medical industry affordable for them because they're living on fixed incomes. The rest of the Expo is really cool with a lot to learn and see. Hope anyone who goes has fun.

Just got back from the expo. Doors opened at 10am but it got crowded at noon. If you are going to be checked for diabetes and your cholesterol. They recommend that you fast(food wise not speed wise haha okay bad joke). I do suggest since its on sunday just get there early since everyone else will be sleeping.
