HOLLYWOOD - Had enough of those "We Buy Ugly Houses" signs and others offering quick riches and shiny terrazzo floors?

So has Mayor Peter Bober. He's so sick of them, he's enlisting residents in a contest: The one who shows up at City Hall on June 17 with the most signs will win $500 in leftover funds from the mayor's election campaign chest.

He's noticed the signs littering intersections, medians, abandoned properties -- everywhere.

"Like a bad rash, as fast as the city removes the signs, others magically reappear," Bober said last week. "I've had enough."
